Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon Is Back by UKAnifest

Hi Civilians,

There has been much hype on social media and now finally the time is approaching... crouching tiger, hidden dragon sword of destiny is coming to Netflix on February 26th 2016.

Based on the novel Iron Knight, Silver Vase by Wang Dulu, the film tells the story of a legendary sword and a last opportunity at redemption.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword Of Destiny is directed by martial arts choreographer and director Yuen Woo-Ping. The film stars Michelle Yeoh (who starred in the original, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) as Yu Shu-Lien and Donnie Yen as Silent Wolf. Others include Jason Scott Lee, Harry Shum Jr and Ngo Thanh Van.

As Netflix releases a new trailer, many people have not seen it (even for press there has not been any more information) unless you were in China where it has opened over the last weekend to a box office take of approximately $21 million.

While not a record-breaking gross taking, the film is performing considerably better than Ang Lee’s original martial arts film did. While the Oscar-winning Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon performed well at the US box office, the film was considered a flop in Hong Kong and China.
