Preview - NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM REVOLUTION by Aisha Anime

It was quite lucky to be attending one preview and be offered a two for one! I was able to tto get my hands on the latest Naruto game - NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM REVOLUTION. Considered as the fastest man Earth ever witnessed, Minato Namikaze the 4th Hokage makes his comeback in his 'Reanimation version' - basically blonde and shinyCreate the ultimate team in the midst of the Fourth Great Ninja War, the newly created duo Naruto and Minato one one possible team out of many! Look forward to trying out the Ultimate Combination Jutsu. Minato will be able to perform the famous Rasengan he created along with his unique Space-Time Ninjutsu!

Whilst playing the game I was engrossed in the Ninja World Tournament, basically equivalent to Story mode where you can chose any character (with 100 to choose from) you like and follow the story whether and complete various tasks in between competing in the tournament. The game will also recommend partners to support you in battle, so select the moves accordingly to get a winning team.

The Storm League seems to be an online platform to play other ninjas and score ranks on a leader board, Namco Bandai saw how successful this was for Tekken Tag Tournament and replicated it for Naruto.

You don’t get full on American voice acting but you hear grunts and phrases through the story and in fights. The graphics have evolved to a 3D anime style which I like; it isn’t flat yet retains the anime charm. The best part is you can choose from 100 characters which haven’t always been playable in past games! So I naturally chose the bad ass female Hokage.

Another bonus to encourage manga fans to check out the game is that they had lots of participation from Masashi Kishimoto the creator of Naruto to design new outfits including Akatsuki outfits, Mecha Naruto, Shisui & his Susano’o.

Versus mode includes a few variations such as Ultimate Combination Jutsu, Support and Awakening Modes, use strategy to defeat your opponents. Change the sequence of attacks with your support comrade.

NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM REVOLUTION will be available on 12th September 2014 for PlayStation®3 and Xbox 360 and STEAM for PC.

Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution: Rivals Day 1 Edition is available to pre-order now. Pre-order Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution: Rivals Day 1 Edition from either Zavvi or ShopTo and get the exclusive Samurai Armor Pack and Summer Cloth Pack costumes.

I've gotten close on occasion but I've been lucky to get things that turn out to be fantastic or turn out to be so bad that they make for great article. The good times are over, welcome to my review of box 14 of Naruto: Shippuden, available to buy from today.
